Before assembling, check for accuracy of fit and degrease. Remove sprues with saw/cutter. Carefully heat and straighten warped parts. Work carefully! Glue with 2K or superglue.
TunicM 1907 (for NCO): field gray; buttons matt gray; piping red; collar edged in black; (shortened) gray standard border with white edge strip
Trousers M 1915: (stone) gray cloth; Side seams with piping in ponceau red
Work suit (jacket): black drill; Buttons and epaulets as well; Collar trimmed with gray uniform border (see above)
Boots: blackened leather
Field cap with peak: field gray; peak and storm strap black leather (alternatively both parts field gray); Black cap band; seam red; State cockade (e.g. Prussian- black/white/black), above that German cockade (black/white/red)
Table and stool: rough-hewn wood, untreated
Binocular bag: black or dark brown leather, carrying strap as well; other utensils in any color
